Farmers handpick ripe cherries, and the mill’s careful sorting and processing preserve quality before final dry milling in Addis Ababa. Grown at high elevations, these dense beans are perfectly suited for specialty roasting.

Origin: Guji Zone, Ethiopia
Volcanic soils, high elevations, and a natural forest canopy give Guji coffees their hallmark clarity and sweetness. Smallholder farmers often intercrop with avocado, mango, and legumes, using organic practices that sustain soil health and biodiversity.
