GUATEMALA WASHED
This coffee is part of our Microlot series!
From the steep slopes of La Libertad, Huehuetenango, Idmar Velásquez cultivates a delicate balance of tradition and precision. His 15-hectare farm, Finca La Barranca de las Flores, is home to over 100,000 coffee trees—Caturra, Gesha, and Pache among them—each handpicked and fermented for 48 hours before a slow patio dry.
The result is a cup that glows with the region’s clarity and sweetness: fresh strawberries and cocoa, lifted by a sparkling acidity and brown sugar finish.
Note: Sliding Scale not available for 5lb bags - Must select “N/A”
